Registration Policies

  • Registration Fee includes admission to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and banquet for one person.
  • Student Fee includes admission to all sessions, lunches and coffee breaks.
    • To enjoy the student rate, one must be a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student. A copy of your student ID must be presented for verification during registration.
  •  Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Local and International Bank Transfer
    • J. Jayes Pte Ltd acts on behalf of m3MS in collecting the registration fees.

For Authors

  • All accepted abstracts must be registered by at least one author.
  • Each registration is valid for the presentation of maximum ONE submission. 

Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to secretariat@m3ms.org. Refund of registration fees will be as follows: 

    • Cancellations received up to and including 31 July 2025: 90% of paid registration fee.
    • Cancellations after 31 July 2025: No refund of any type.
